Stars Below
A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux
You have nothing but your body.
You have nothing but how the world perceives you.
You have nothing but your ability to perform labor.
You have nothing.
Or do you?
This is a sci-fi horror walking simulator. It has:
- a low-poly retro aesthetic!
- an emphasis on atmosphere!
- approximately 30 minutes of playtime!
- abstract storytelling!
- controller support as well as mouse & keyboard!
- something to say!
- some bugs! (probably)
- a lack of a save system!
- a confusing timeline!
- either disturbing or boring events depending on how jaded you are!
- something to unlock after you've completed it!

Wow. I was expecting 5 minutes of weird. I got 30 minutes of amazingly weird horror. I can't fully express how much I enjoyed the experience. Cheers.

;D ;***
Stars below is an surrealist horror game that to its core is unsettling.
The retro graphics add to its atmospheric nature, giving you just enough detail to know that you are vulnerable.
Between the "Handlers" and the conversations you have with npcs you are given the distinct vibe at all times that things are wrong both in a mundane and existential ways.
The Plot is ambiguous in nature and can be interoperated in multiple way.
HeroRobb presents and auteur game with mind bending visuals and narrative.
Awesome. Thanks for playing.

Thanks for playing! There was a softlock at the very end in the parking lot that I fixed. You were maybe 10-15 seconds from the end. Sorry.
